I was happy when I checked in and got a spacious room with two full-size beds, which was a plus. The location of this place was right in the middle of everything. 🌟

The hotel is spacious with attentive and especially helpful staff members. Decent setting, very close to all attractions, Mystic, and aquarium, seaport and local spots. - Also, in a very quiet area.

Helpful and pleasant people are working.

Great location close to the casinos 🎰. The room was nice and the bed was super comfy, which made our stay pleasant. we really liked it here and plan to return.

All the staff members are polite and accommodating. The location is unbeatable and decent, within walking distance of a performing arts theater. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 20 minutes.

The room was pet-friendly and quite spacious, with clean sheets and a nice shower, plus the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the historical area nearby.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, near to filled as well as the highway right in Mystic. The staff were all helpful, attentive. I loved the room with 2 full size beds, 

This place had a convenient location near the aquarium we wanted to visit, with a good restaurant and local attractions nearby.

We do loved it because of location and staff. The room we had included central heating, a private safe and pay TV.

The bed was so comfy and there was plenty of hot water. The room was a good size for two people and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Room service takes a long time to fix the room. On one occasion they fixed it at seven in the evening and on another at nine at night, and always after asking them to fix the room.
